How does Online Giving work? Is it safe to use?
The first time you use Online Giving, you will have the option to setup an account for future use or choose the one-time contribution feature. Creating an account is secure and simple. All transactions require an active email address, and are secured by LifeWay Christian Resources E-Giving Service Provider.
Do I have to setup an account to use Online Giving?
No, you do not have to setup an account to use Online Giving. However, only those who have an account may setup automatic or reoccurring donations.
What type of payment does Online Giving accept?
You may make a contribution by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit Card, Check Card, or electronic check.
Can I make contributions to more than just my tithes and offering?
Yes. Using Online Giving allows you the option to make a contribution to General Budget, Building Fund, Lottie Moon, Annie Armstrong, Missions, and Blessing Fund. You may also divide your contribution into two or three different funds.
Do I have to be a member of Simeon Baptist Church to make a contribution?
No. Anyone with an active email address can use the Online Giving feature to make a contribution.
Will I be able to view passed transactions for my records?
Yes. One of the benefits of creating an account is the ability to see a history of your contributions. A receipt will be emailed for every online transaction made, with or without an account.
